How long have you been at Jarrett?
About 3 and a half years.
What is the best part of working in your department?
Being able to set a good first impression for the Jarrett body along with being a part of the employee development process.

Favorite memory at Jarrett so far?
When John Rose wore a T-Rex costume and got in a stand-off with a dog.

Which employee perk that Jarrett offers do you enjoy the most? Why?
The employee perk I enjoy the most is the Wellness program. I am encouraged to stay healthy and make lifestyle choices that help me stay active and feel good.
Who has been a mentor for you here at Jarrett? How have they helped you?
John Rose - He has encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and find ways to use my strengths to help benefit the company as a whole.

Jarrett hires by personality which has helped cultivate an environment that I love. I feel valued as person and not just for my day to day "on-the-job" tasks.

Jarrett focuses on each customer individually, by being quick to adapt and flexible with the services we provide.

In the training department, I feel most valued when a new hire completes their training successfully and feels confident stepping into their operations role.
