Jared Williams was promoted to Director, Logistics Operations, in January 2022 and has director-level responsibility for the day-to-day operations for the JLS Routing Center. Jared began his career at Jarrett in 2013 as a Lead Logistics Coordinator and has been promoted three times. In partnership with IT, he drove the operational development and rollout of jShip Elite. Before joining Jarrett, Jared was an Executive Team Leader at Target Corporation, where he managed teams across multiple stores. He received his Bachelor's Degree from The University of Akron and a Master's of Business Administration from Ashland University.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys biking, traveling, and reading about new technology. He also enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Karissa, and his son, Drake.
