Thunderstorms capable of large hail, damaging wind, and flash flooding are possible over parts of the southern Plains and lower Arkansas River Valley. Parts of the Mid-Atlantic can expect moderate to heavy rain along with flash flooding. Elevated to critical fire weather threat is expected across the Great Basin and Central Rockies.
