North Carolina
Flood Advisory remains in effect until 10 AM EDT this morning
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas, along with locations adjacent to swollen creeks, will persist. Some roads may remain closed early this morning.
Texas
Flood Watch remains in effect until 5 PM EDT this evening
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
North Dakota
Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 9 PM MDT this evening
- Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph, with gusts up to 65 mph, are expected
- Impacts: High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles
