Summary:
Heavy to excessive rainfall may bring flooding to parts of Arizona, New Mexico, Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia Wednesday. Recently burned areas will be particularly vulnerable to flash flooding. Gusty winds and low humidity will bring critical fire weather to parts of the Northwest U.S. and central Alaska on Wednesday where Red Flag Warnings are in effect. Impacted Lanes: I-10, I-17, I-20, I-27, I-35, I-95.

- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable
Virginia
Flood Advisory remains in effect until further notice.
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
New Mexico
Flood Watch remains in effect until this evening.
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, streams, creeks, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
North Dakota
Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 9 PM MDT this evening
- Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph, with gusts up to 65 mph, are expected
- Impacts: High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles
