- Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
- Impacts: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
Flood Watch remains in effect until this afternoon.
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flash flooding, flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
North Carolina
Flood Warning remains in effect until further notice.
- Moderate flooding is occurring and forecast to continue.
- Impacts: Minor flooding begins, in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
South Carolina
Flood Advisory remains in effect until 11:45 AM EDT Friday.
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is continues.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rivers and streams flows are elevated.
Tennessee
Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 9 AM CDT this morning.
- Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
- Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
