- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected
- Impacts: There are numerous road closures northwest area of Hutchinson due to high water. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable

Flood Advisory remains in effect until 10 AM CDT this morning.
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
North Dakota
Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 10 AM CDT this morning.
- Visibility is less than one quarter mile in dense fog.
- Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
