U.S. Weather Update 6.17.26

Excessive rainfall may produce locally considerable flash flooding over parts of the northwestern Gulf Coast, lower Mississippi River Valley, and Deep South through Thursday. Potential Tropical Cyclone One is forecast to become a tropical storm (Arthur) as it moves along or just off the northwestern Gulf coast through Wednesday. An outbreak of severe weather is forecast in the Midwest Wednesday.

Additional Flood Warning included but not limited to:  Alaska, Washington, California, Texas, Iowa, Missouri,  Louisiana, Indiana, Mississippi and Illinois.

Additional Flood Watch included but not limited to: Alaska, Texas, Louisiana, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi.

Additional Wind Advisory included but not limited to: California, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky.
