U.S. Weather Update 11.4.25

Summary:

A strong atmospheric river moving into northern California later Tuesday will bring a threat for moderate to heavy rainfall and flooding, gusty to high winds, and mountain snows for parts of the Northwest U.S. through at least Wednesday. Gusty winds and isolated rain and snow showers will continue in the Northeast U.S. Tuesday behind a cold front

 

Washington

Wind Advisory remains in effect from 6 PM through 4 AM Wednesday.

  • Southwest winds 20 - 30 with gusts up to 45 mph.  
  • High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outage.  

Flood Watch remains in effect from Tuesday through Thursday.

  • Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.  
  • Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 

Oregon

Wind Advisory remains in effect from 6 PM through 4 AM Wednesday.

  • Southwest winds 35 - 45 with gusts up to 60mph.  
  • High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outage

California

High Wind Watch remains in effect from Tuesday through Wednesday evening.

  • Southwest winds 25 - 35 with gusts up to 60 mph.  
  • High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outage.  

Flood Watch remains in effect through Wednesday morning.

  • Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.  
  • Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations

Nevada

Wind Advisory remains in effect from 10 AM through 1 AM Tuesday.

  • Southwest winds 35 - 45with gusts up to 65mph 
  • High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outage.

  • Southwest winds 35 - 45with gusts up to 65mph

Additional  Flood Warning included but not limited to: Arkansas and Florida.
