Summary: Due to ongoing damage recovery from Hurricane Ida, many carriers have placed embargoes on freight destined for coastal Louisiana including New Orleans and baton Rouge. Additionally, flooding across eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York has caused multiple road closures and detours; freight to/from these areas is expected to be delayed.
