Summary: Severe thunderstorms with tornadoes, damaging winds, hail, and heavy rainfall are expected over the southern Plains Wednesday, and Mississippi Valley on Thursday. Excessive rainfall with rainfall rates of two-inches per hour or higher could bring flash flooding. Critical fire weather conditions will continue in parts of the Southwest and southern Rockies through Wednesday.Oregon

Wind Advisory
  • Wind Advisory in effect from 11 Am to 8 PM PDT Thursday
    • Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected
    • Impacts: Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may results

  • Flood Warning in effect until further notice
    • Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast

 

North Dakota

Flood Warning
  • Flood Warning in effect until further notice
    • Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues
