A slow moving, late season winter system will bring snow to portions of the Northern Plains, Central Rockies, and Great Basin through Friday. Isolated severe storms will be possible across parts of east Texas into the lower Mississippi Valley Tuesday. Active Advisories: Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota

Snow expected to begin this evening across southeast WY
  • 1-5 inches of snow
  • 35mph wind gusts
  • From 6 PM this evening to noon MDT Wednesday
Colorado
Winter Weather Advisory
Snow expected to begin this afternoon across north central CO
  • 4-8 inches of mountain snow
  • 2-4 inches of valley snow
  • From 3 PM this afternoon to 6 AM MDT Wednesday
Montana
Winter Weather Advisory
Snow continuing today across northeast MT
  • 3 inches additional snow
  • Until midnight MDT tonight
North Dakota
Winter Weather Advisory
Snow continuing today across the northern half of the state
  • 2 inches additional snow
  • 40mph wind gusts
  • Until 6 PM CDT/5 PM MDT/ this evening
Minnesota
Winter Weather Advisory
Snow continuing today across northwest MN
  • 1-3 inches of additional snow
  • 40mph wind gusts
  • Until 7 PM CDT this evening
