New Mexico
Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 11:59 PM MDT this evening
- Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations 5 to 10 inches, with amounts in excess of one foot over the peaks. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Check road conditions before heading out.

- Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
- Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways that could make travel difficult.

- West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
- Impacts: Plan on snow packed or icy road conditions. Travel could be very difficult. Tire traction will be reduced.

- West winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 75 mph expected.
- Impacts: Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles like campers, vans, and tractor trailers.

- Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing.
- Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings may be inundated with water and not passable.
Flood Watch remains in effect until 8 PM EDT Tuesday evening
- Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Water over roadways.
