Summary: High pressure from the west coast to the southeast will bring above normal temperatures to the area, while heavy snow is expected to impact portions of the Northern Plains and Upper Midwest beginning Saturday morning. This amount of snowfall and the potential for periods of heavy snow may lead to difficult travel conditions over the next few days. Winter Advisories: Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin
