- Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will produce blizzard or near blizzard conditions at times.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.

- Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
Pennsylvania
Ice Storm Warning remains in effect until 7 AM EST Friday morning
- Significant icing expected. Total ice accumulations of one quarter to one half inch. Total sleet accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
- Impacts: Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice and strong winds. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning and evening commute.
