Summary: A powerful low pressure system and cold front will bring very high winds across the northern Rockies through the northern Plains into early Wednesday. Lake-effect snow/rain downstream of the lower Great Lakes tapers off by tonight before a warm front spreads rain into the area by late Wednesday. Winter Advisories: Washington

Impacting transit along I-90 including through Snoqualmie Pass
