Summary: Heavy rain will continue to bring threats of flooding with potential for flash floods and debris flows on burn scars across the Pacific Northwest. Snow and blustery conditions will continue in the Upper Midwest as a strong low slowly retreats northward. A potent cold front will sweep through the East with potential for embedded severe storms with damaging winds and locally heavy rain. Advisories: Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa
