Tropical Storm Eta will move close to but offshore of the southwest coast of Florida Wednesday and move inland over the northern portion of the Florida peninsula on Thursday. Eta will bring Tropical-storm-force winds, Life-threatening storm surge and heavy rainfall with a potential for flooding. Meanwhile, the remnants of Winter Strom Constance are lingering in the U.S. West.
