Summary: An approaching Pacific storm system may produce showers with areas of gusty winds and heavy mountain snow on the West Coast.  Meanwhile, a few strong to severe storms with gusty winds and hail will be possible across parts of the Midwest on Wednesday, and Abnormally warm temperatures will return in the East. Advisories: California, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska
