Summary:  A potential winter storm may impact the East Coast beginning Friday though the weekend. A pair of storm systems may meet and combine off the Eastern Seaboard into a powerful lower pressure system. At this time, heavy snow, gusty winds and coastal hazards are possible from North Carolina to New England with the most significant impacts in eastern New England. The forecast will continue to evolve.

Colorado
Winter Weather Advisory
There is a winter weather advisory for Denver and areas surrounding from 7am today until 3pmMST this afternoon.  Snow expected.
  • 2-4 inches snow accumulation
 
North Dakota
Winter Weather Advisory
There is a winter weather advisory for Fargo and areas surrounding until noon today.  Blowing and drifting snow is expected. 
  • Winds gusting up to 40mph.
 
Michigan
Winter Weather Advisory
Northern MI has a winter weather advisory until 5pm tonight.  Snow and blowing snow expected.
  • 1-3 inches snow accumulation
  • Winds gusting up to 35mph
 
Ohio
Wind Chill Advisory
Northern Ohio remains under a wind chill advisory until 11am today.
  • Wind chills -10 to -15
 
New York
Winter Weather Advisory
Areas around Watertown, NY are under a winter weather advisory from midnight tonight until 1pmEST Friday.  Lake effect snow is expected.
  • 3-5 inches snow accumulation
