- Snowfall rates around Wenatchee, Chelan, Omak and into the East Slopes of the Cascades have been very heavy and on the order of 1-2 inches per hour. Cascade passes are closed.

- The Rocky Mountain Front will experience blizzard conditions from midnight tonight through midnight Friday night. Whiteout conditions are expected. Travel will be dangerous and could be potentially life-threatening. Dangerously cold wind chills of -30 below.
- Central and eastern Montana is under a winter weather advisory from now through 8pm Thursday. Additional snow accumulations of 6 - 14 inches with winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
