Numerous instances of flash flooding are expected in south-central Texas, including portions of the Hill Country; and an additional area across eastern Oklahoma into the Ozarks on Thursday. - Snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches in central and southern Sierra Nevada.
- Wind gusts as high as 35mph.
- Heavy wet snow expected above 6500 feet.
- Snowfall from 3 to 6 inches between 5500 to 6000 feet.
- Snowfall from 6 to 10 inches at higher elevations.
Nevada
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 7 AM this morning until 7 AM Friday.
- Snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches between 6000 and 7000 feet.
- Snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches with 12 to 18 possible at the highest peaks.
- Wind gusts as high as 80 mph along the Sierra crest.

Flood Watch remains in effect until this afternoon.
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- A portion of south central Arizona.
Texas
Flood Watch remains in effect until late this evening.
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, and streams.
