We'd like to introduce you to Lisa Brown, Logistics Coordinator for Jarrett. Read Lisa's answers to the questions below to find out more about her!
How long have you been at Jarrett?
I started in January of 2019.
What is the best part of working in your department?
There are a number of reasons I enjoy working at Jarrett, the best part would be working with my team. We work hard together and it motivates me to do well. CAT 5 is the best!
Favorite memory at Jarrett so far?
2019 Christmas was great, between the cookie contest and the decorating contest, it was all so much fun! I love the Holiday spirit in the office.
What is your favorite quote?

Which employee perk that Jarrett offers do you enjoy the most? Why?
The wellness program because we get money as an incentive to have healthy lifestyles.
Who has been a mentor for you here at Jarrett? How have they helped you?
Meghan Mason, she has encouraged me to push myself out of my comfort zone and helped me grow over the last year and a half into a more confident person and proactive employee
What would you name the autobiography of your life?
“On the Ball” A story of poise and balance, lol.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
How to start my own business.

Jarrett is different by the way they work in teams to accomplish their goals.

We value the team aspect and always put our customer’s needs first.

"Lisa has made all of the difference for me at Jarrett. She is always willing to lend a hand, answer a question, or just listen as I work through a problem; and she does so without making me feel like an inconvenience. Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable with the industry and shares that with others as she learns. She never hesitates to learn something new. Name a time you felt valued or appreciated by someone at the company or by a customer.
Early into my carrier at Jarrett, we received an email from a long time contact at one of our customer locations, she wanted me to know how much she appreciated working with me and that she was glad I had joined the Jarrett team. I felt appreciated when I got that message as I started this job with absolutely no knowledge of the supply chain industry, and it was nice to get that reassurance from a customer.
